Implementation of AI-Driven knowledge base using available ERP data

At a Glance

A key part Aerotech’s project workflow involves leveraging institutional knowledge from past projects. This knowledge exists in various formats—spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and technical documentation—but accessing and interpreting it is often cumbersome due to a lack of standardization. This project leverages the Google AI suite to parse and summarize these documents, and to develop a natural language assistant that enables customized, intuitive searching across the knowledge base.

Key contributions

  • Spearheaded implementation of Google Cloud AI to create a virtual assistant to parsing current/past custom engineering solution documentations, including engineering notes and ERP system data. Created a MVP proof of concept

  • Naturally assumed the role of team lead in the project and became the main point of contact between Aerotech and team to ensure smooth communications and problem defining/sovling
